Unlimited Wash Membership Terms & Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By enrolling in a Carthage Express Car Wash membership, the member agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as they currently exist and as they may be amended or supplemented from time to time. The member agrees to pay the applicable recurring membership dues for the selected membership plan. Membership pricing may be subject to change with appropriate notice. Each membership is valid only for the specific vehicle enrolled in the membership and may not be shared or transferred to another vehicle unless approved by Carthage Express Car Wash.
PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION: By enrolling in a membership, you authorize Carthage Express Car Wash and/or its authorized payment processor to automatically charge the payment method provided for recurring membership dues and any other charges you have expressly authorized. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
This authorization will remain in effect on a month-to-month basis until: (1) Carthage Express Car Wash terminates the membership or membership program; or (2) you cancel your membership through the Member Portal or by contacting Carthage Express Car Wash at info@carthageexpresscw.com.
Once a valid cancellation request is received and processed, Carthage Express Car Wash will discontinue future recurring membership charges in accordance with the cancellation terms below.
Temporary closures, maintenance, equipment issues, weather conditions, holidays, emergencies, or other circumstances may occasionally affect operating hours or wash availability. Such temporary interruptions do not automatically entitle a member to a refund or credit.
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP DUES
Membership dues are automatically charged each month on the member's established recurring billing date, regardless of how often the membership is used. Monthly charges will continue until the membership is canceled.
If any amount remains outstanding at the time of cancellation, that balance remains due and payable. If a recurring payment is declined or remains unpaid, membership privileges may be suspended or canceled. Re-enrollment may be subject to the membership plans, pricing, and Terms and Conditions available at that time.
If Carthage Express Car Wash offers an annual prepaid membership option or promotional pricing, the applicable terms, discounts, and expiration dates will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
CANCELLATION
Members may cancel their membership at any time by:
Logging into the Carthage Express Car Wash Member Portal, or
Emailing: info@carthageexpresscw.com
To help prevent the next recurring payment from being processed, cancellation requests should be submitted at least five (5) days before the member's next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation stops future renewals after the cancellation becomes effective. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, membership fees already charged are non-refundable, and no prorated refunds or credits will be issued for unused days or unused washes.
UPGRADES & DOWNGRADES
Members may request to upgrade or downgrade their wash membership through the Member Portal or by contacting Carthage Express Car Wash at info@carthageexpresscw.com. Any resulting changes to membership pricing and the effective date of the new plan will be provided when the change is processed.
MEMBERSHIP USE
Memberships are intended for the enrolled vehicle only. Carthage Express Car Wash reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership for unauthorized sharing, misuse, fraudulent activity, payment disputes, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
BY ENROLLING IN OR SIGNING A CARTHAGE EXPRESS CAR WASH MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED OR HAVE BEEN PROVIDED ACCESS TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE AGREEMENT, AUTHORIZE RECURRING MEMBERSHIP CHARGES, AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
